  • Cary Treff
    President/Chief Executive Officer

    Cary established the current vision of Keystone Pacific. He leads strategic planning and oversees the operations of the company. Cary has been in the real estate development and management industry during his entire career.  As a member of a national public accounting firm, Cary’s clients consisted exclusively of real estate development and management companies. Prior to joining Keystone Pacific in 1998, Cary was Chief Operating Officer of a large shopping center development company.

     

    Cary earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Cary is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the Building Industry Association (BIA),  Community Associations Institute (CAI), Urban Land Istitute (ULI) and is a past president of the Commercial Industrial Development Association (CIDA).

  • Denise Bergstrom, PCAM®
    Chief Operating Officer

    A member of the Keystone Pacific team since 1992, Denise brings many years of community association management experience to her position as Chief Operating Officer. Denise oversees the operations of the Community Association Management Division with a primary focus on developing efficient management systems and ensuring quality service is delivered to our clients.

     

    A graduate of California State University in Long Beach, Denise earned a Bachelors degree in Economics. Denise holds a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.

  • Tim Taylor
    Vice President of Large Scale Management

    Tim brings over 30 years of community association management experience to his position as Vice President of Large Scale Management. Tim is responsible for overseeing Keystone Pacific communities with intricate on-site facilities and amenities.

     

    A graduate of Humboldt State University in Humboldt, Tim earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science.

  • Jaime Chandler, AMS®
    Vice President of New Project Development

    Jaime is responsible for managing the homeowners association operations of some of Southern California’s biggest new development projects. She has over 10 years of experience in managing homeowners association operations in new development projects with Southern California’s top builders and developers such as The Irvine Company, Shea Homes, The New Home Company, Richmond American, Standard Pacific, and DR Horton.  Her focus is managing the complicated elements of the homeowners association during the development process and transitioning developer controlled associations to the homeowners.  In addition, she is experienced in helping developers plan and implement amenities and programming that enhance a development’s sense of community.

     

    A Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of California of Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Administrative Studies.  Jaime holds an Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designation.

  • Joe Winkler, CMCA®
    Vice President of Marketing

    Joe is an accomplished and creative marketing executive with proven success in marketing projects, public relations, operations and sales with over 10 years of professional community management experience. As Vice President of Marketing, Joe is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals.

     

    Joe has a Bachelor of Science, Emphasis in Physics from Canisius College, Buffalo, New York. Joe is a member of Urban Land Institue (ULI). He holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation. He has been nominated on three occasions for the industry’s Vision Award through the Orange County Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-OC).

  • Judy Barbe
    Director of Human Resources

    Judy has been a member of the Keystone Pacific team since 1999. As Director of Human Resources, Judy is responsible for hiring the most qualified staff, administering compensation and benefits, planning team building events and company activities, ensuring compliance to federal and state regulations, and developing and implementing policies and procedures for the company. Her primary focus is to ensure that the company’s objectives and procedures will provide a team-oriented, high performance culture with emphasis on quality, empowerment, productivity, and high standards.

  • Sarah Touchi
    Director of Information Systems

    Sarah joined Keystone Pacific Property Management in 2007 in the company’s Marketing Department. After several successful years in the Marketing Department, she grew into a leadership role in the Information Systems Department by leading successful projects such as enhancing client websites and internal Keystone Pacific systems. As the Director of Information Systems, Sarah is responsible for the company’s information technology hardware, software, and web systems. She has been integral in keeping Keystone Pacific on the leading edge of technology, and will continue to be an important part of the company’s ability to deliver exceptional technology tools to both employees and clients.

     

    Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Long Beach.

Our industry credentials are exceptional: We hold an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and we’re involved with key industry associations – such as the Community Associations Institute, the Building Industry Association, and Institute of Real Estate Management.

Community Involvement

We believe in being involved in our communities – so we give back. We’ve helped numerous local non-profits, including Children’s Hospital of Orange County, the Salvation Army, the Irvine Police Association and OC Fire Authority, HomeAid, Families Forward, and Education for the Children.
