  • Cary Treff
    President/Chief Executive Officer

    Cary established the current vision of Keystone Pacific. He leads strategic planning and oversees the operations of the company. Cary has been in the real estate development and management industry during his entire career.  As a member of a national public accounting firm, Cary’s clients consisted exclusively of real estate development and management companies. Prior to joining Keystone Pacific in 1998, Cary was Chief Operating Officer of a large shopping center development company.

     

    Cary earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Cary is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the Building Industry Association (BIA),  Community Associations Institute (CAI), Urban Land Istitute (ULI) and is a past president of the Commercial Industrial Development Association (CIDA).

  • Jared Jones
    Chief Financial Officer

    Jared Jones is responsible for all corporate and client side accounting operations at Keystone Pacific. Jared has over 10 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. A graduate of the University of San Diego, Jared obtained his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. His career focus has included operations, mergers & acquisitions, accounting and finance. He brings a wealth of experience in providing operational excellence and customer service to our team members and clients.

  • Joe Winkler, CMCA®
    Chief Marketing Officer

    Joe is an accomplished and creative marketing executive with proven success in marketing projects, public relations, operations and sales with over 10 years of professional community management experience. As Chief Marketing Officer, Joe is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals.

     

    Joe has a Bachelor of Science, Emphasis in Physics from Canisius College, Buffalo, New York. Joe is a member of Urban Land Institue (ULI). He holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation. He has been nominated on three occasions for the industry’s Vision Award through the Orange County Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-OC).

  • Jaime Chandler, AMS®
    Senior Vice President of Community Management

    Jaime is responsible for managing the homeowners association operations for some of Southern California’s biggest new development projects. She has broad experience in managing homeowners associations operations in new development projects with Southern California’s top builders and developers such as The Irvine Company, Shea Homes, The New Home Company, Richmond American, Standard Pacific, and DR Horton. She is focused on managing the complicated elements of the homeowners associations. In addition, she is experienced in helping boards and developers plan and implement amenities and programming that enhance a development’s sense of community.

     

    A Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of California of Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Administrative Studies, Jaime holds a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.

  • Christine Rodgers
    Vice President of Large Scale Management

    Christine Rodgers has built a successful career in large scale management, boasting 22 years of experience as a General Manager at two of Southern California’s largest communities. As the Vice President of Large Scale Management, Christine oversees the operations of Keystone Pacific’s large scale communities with on-site management. Known for the customized solutions she brought to the communities she has served across a storied career, she leads the Large Scale team in delivering this same level of service across all communities with on-site teams.

  • Denise Bergstrom, PCAM®
    Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions Integration

    Denise Bergstrom joined Keystone Pacific Property Management in 1992 and oversaw the operations of the Association Management Division as Chief Operating Officer until 2018, with a primary focus on developing efficient management systems and ensuring quality service is delivered to our clients.

     

    A 1990 graduate of California State University, Long Beach, Denise earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics. Denise holds a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.

  • Maria Patrick
    Vice President of Human Resources

    As an experienced human resources professional, Maria brings a wealth of leadership and employee management knowledge to the Keystone Pacific executive team. Maria’s primary goal is to not only build a culture of collaboration and team work, but to make Keystone Pacific an Employer of Choice in the property management industry.

     

    Prior to joining the Keystone Pacific team, she oversaw human resources for small, medium, and large companies and excelled at creating work environments that win best places to work awards. Maria’s experience working for companies that grew organically and through international and domestic acquisitions gives her unique insights to assist in positioning Keystone Pacific for growth in the upcoming years.

     

    Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CSULB, a Human Resources Certificate from UCSC, and is a Human Resources Advisory Board Member at Brandman University. She believes strongly in community activism and volunteers her time with the OC Rescue Mission and Working Wardrobes.

  • Ken Wright
    Director of Information Systems

    Ken Wright is responsible for Keystone Pacific’s internal and external information, communication, and data security systems. A graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, he has an extensive background in Director- and Manager-level technology roles in various industries including forensic data recovery, medical and legal technology, and hospitality. As a thought leader in his field, Ken continues to earn numerous invitations to speak at conventions on emerging technology and industry trends. He believes that the purpose of technology is to make life more convenient. With this philosophy in mind, he aims to redefine the possibilities for homeowners associations. Beyond his professional life, Ken also engages in philanthropy as a board member for Smile for a Lifetime’s Orange County chapter. Smile for a Lifetime is an international organization which provides orthodontic care to hundreds of patients each year who would not be able to access it otherwise.

Our industry credentials are exceptional: We hold an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and we’re involved with key industry associations – such as the Community Associations Institute, the Building Industry Association, and Institute of Real Estate Management.

Community Involvement

We believe in being involved in our communities – so we give back. We’ve helped numerous local non-profits, including Children’s Hospital of Orange County, the Salvation Army, the Irvine Police Association and OC Fire Authority, HomeAid, Families Forward, and Education for the Children.
