Board Training Seminars
We believe it's important to educate board members by providing tools and resources to make skillful decisions to benefit your community and residents. Every board member client is invited and encouraged to attend our complimentary and informative training programs.
The KPPM Connection
Keystone provides a portal, The KPPM Connection, for our board members. This secured website allows board members to view board packets, financial statements, governing documents, violations, architectural logs and work orders for their association. This portal also provides board members with the ability to generate violation, architectural, and work order reports for a specific date range.
Keystone offers website construction, hosting, and maintenance services to support your community’s needs and enhance the planned community living experience. Our Technology Department can build and maintain community websites ranging from simple in scope to more complex customized websites.
Before you make any physical modifications to your home, your community association may require that you submit an architectural application for approval. Our in-house architectural department processes association plans in order to ensure you have completed your application and submitted any fees, if applicable.
