Convenient Payment Programs for Your Homeowners
- Comprehensive Online Account website for homeowners to check their account activity, balance, and make payments online
- Automated payment program (ACH) in which assessment payments are automatically debited from a homeowner's checking/savings account
Accounts Receivable
- Assessment billing preparation and collection (all payments are sent to a lock box, posted and deposited to the association operating account within 24 hours of receipt)
- Effective delinquency collections and processing, including processing and filing of liens and initiation of foreclosure action or small claims action
Accounts Payable
- Thorough vendor invoice review and timely payment
- Two board member signatures required on all reserve bank checks; operating checks per Board’s direction
Financial Reports
- Financial statement preparation and review to ensure proper reconciliation of all accounts, balances and budget variances
Budget and Annual Audit Preparation and Management
- Cost-effective operating and reserve budget preparation and implementation
- Scheduling and assistance to accountants preparing annual audit review and taxes
