Canyon Crest Community Association, located in Big Canyon Newport Beach, recently moved our Management Services from another firm. This transition went very smoothly. The expertise, service and handling of “complex” issues that surrounding budgeting, new home construction, rules and regulations of community associations has been stellar. Since my appointment to the Los Serranos Ranch HOA in December 2010, I have dealt with Keystone Pacific and their representative. Our community manager and her team at Keystone Pacific have done an outstanding job keeping our community beautiful. She is timely in responding to incidents and works closely with the Board to help us mange the property. Through Keystone Pacific’s management they have allowed the Board to concentrate on the issues that matter most while removing much of the administrative burden. We have seen this commitment to quality service with all the community managers throughout the 19 years they have been managing our property.
As a Board Member of our community, I find it difficult to properly give credit to the Keystone Pacific management team without giving particular accolades to the community manager, who has from the beginning of my term, provided superior service along with her associate. Our community has been maintained at the very highest level which I can attest to as a professional Realtor who’s familiar with many other associations. The quality of life for residents of our community is enhanced to a degree where even many of these same residents are unaware. In addition to the overall high quality of life, the property owners have the additional benefit of seeing the value of those properties maintained and improved, which is no easy task if one considers the age of our community and the substantial amount of amenities containing therein.
As a homeowner living in our community, as well as serving on the Board, working with Keystone Pacific for the past 18 years has been an enjoyable experience because of the positive impact and commitment all our managers have had.
