Tracie Manriquez Earns CCAM® Designation
 IRVINE, Calif. – July 13, 2010 – Tracie Manriquez of Keystone Pacific Property Management has earned the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
Since joining Keystone Pacific in 2009, Manriquez has been managing a portfolio of existing association communities throughout Orange County. She is a community association manager based in the Irvine office. In addition, Manriquez obtained her real estate broker’s license in 2005.
The CCAM® program was developed to establish and ensure standards of practice and professionalism in managing California community associations.
