Dave Pesch Earns CCAM® Designation
IRVINE, Calif. – May 12, 2010 – Dave Pesch of Keystone Pacific Property Management has earned the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
Since joining Keystone Pacific in August 2008, Pesch has been managing a portfolio of new project development accounts throughout Orange and San Bernardino counties as new project development community association manager. He is based in the Irvine office.
After successfully completing the CACM® Core Law and Ethics courses and gaining a minimum of six months hands-on experience managing community associations, Pesch became eligible for the CCAM® designation.
The CCAM® program was developed to establish and ensure standards of practice and professionalism in managing California community associations.
Pesch holds a master’s degree in environmental studies from California State University, Fullerton and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Redlands.
