Keystone Pacific Launches Enhanced Company Website
IRVINE, Calif. – January 4, 2010 – Keystone Pacific Property Management is proud to announce the launch of our new corporate website. Keystone Pacific has redesigned the entire website to make it more user-friendly, intuitive, and to include value-added features for our virtual audience! The website is designed with our diverse client group in mind to ensure each group is receiving relevant information and the best online services.
Aside from the fresher, more structured layout, Keystone Pacific has made the home page much easier to navigate with the following new features:
- User-Specific Navigation: The main navigation menu remains static at the top of the home page and is divided into sections focused on specific client groups, making user-specific information more easily accessible. Each section is indicated by the following client groups: Our Homeowners, Community Associations, Builders & Developers, and Real Estate Professionals, as well as tabs for Meet Us and Contact Us.
- “How May We Assist You?”: Quick, most-sought-after links on the home page provide clients with an easy way to submit maintenance requests, pay/view HOA statements, request management proposals and contact Customer Care.
Focusing on Keystone Pacific’s clients online needs, Keystone Pacific’s new website puts the user in charge. The new website is intuitively structured to give user audiences a better experience online. Aside from the relevant information on each page, the right sidebar provides quick access to related documents and information.
- Our Homeowners: To make community association living easier for homeowner clients, Keystone Pacific has extended our services and programs online. Homeowners can request certain documents online such as an ACH application to enroll in the automated payment program, view and pay our statement online, access our community website (if there is one) directly from the corporate website, and much more.
- Community Associations: For communities that are seeking new management, Keystone Pacific makes it easy for prospective clients to learn more about the comprehensive community management services they provide.
- Builders & Developers: Understanding the challenges of common interest development planning in today’s economic climate, Keystone Pacific offers effective developer support services to help builders and developers turn our vision into a reality.
- Real Estate Professionals: Keystone Pacific’s escrow services for real estate professionals from escrow/title companies to lenders provide property transaction documents and information to complete the sale or refinance of a property in the communities Keystone Pacific manages.
Keystone Pacific Property Management hopes our website visitors enjoy the new design and find it easier to use. Please feel free to take a look around, check it out and provide Keystone Pacific with any feedback by completing this survey.
