Sheryl Uggen, CCAM®, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Director of Training

Sheryl offers over 20 years of community association management experience to her fellow colleagues and Board Members. She began her career with Keystone Pacific in 1998  where she has served the company in  both a management and leadership capacity. As Director of Training, Sheryl is responsible for coordinating and conducting manager and Board training programs.

Sheryl has achieved and maintains the following professional designations: 
 Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) as well as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®).
