Lani Kaneshiro, CCAM®, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Regional Manager

Lani brings extensive community management experience to her position as Regional Manager. Over a span of 12 years, Lani has managed all types of community associations, with emphasis on master-planned communities, and implemented and directed manager training programs. As Regional Manager, Lani oversees a group of district managers and the company’s Architectural Desk. 

Lani earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management from California State University in Long Beach. She is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), an Association Management Specialist (AMS®) as well as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®).
