Judy has been a member of the Keystone Pacific team since 1999. As Director of Human Resources, Judy is responsible for hiring the most qualified staff, administering compensation and benefits, planning team building events and company activities, ensuring compliance to federal and state regulations, and developing and implementing policies and procedures for the company. Her primary focus is to ensure that the company's objectives and procedures will provide a team-oriented, high performance culture with emphasis on quality, empowerment, productivity, and high standards.
