Jaime Chandler, CCAM®
Director of New Project Development

As the company’s Director of New Project Development, Jaime oversees the daily operations of the New Development Department and supervises several of our communities' on-site staff. Jaime is also responsible for acquiring new project accounts. Having led many successful transitions of communities from developer-control to owner-control, Jaime’s extensive experience in new project developments will ensure the builder/developers’ communities will continue to thrive and operate successfully.

Jaime received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Administrative Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Riverside. Jaime holds a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation.
