Gerry Kay
Chief Financial Officer

Joining the Keystone Pacific team in 1995, Gerry brings over 16 years of financial management experience and over 28 years of operations management experience to the company. As Keystone Pacific's Chief Financial Officer, Gerry oversees the company’s financial and administrative operations, develops the policies and procedures of the Accounting Department, and prepares DRE budgets for our developer/builder clients. Understanding the intricacies of each community product type, Gerry is well versed in the financial needs of each community. Gerry utilizes his extensive knowledge and experience in the financial management of community associations to develop viable DRE budgets for new communities. 

Gerry earned his Bachelor of Arts in Management from Clark University and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Pepperdine University.
