Keystone Pacific is built on integrity and backed by designations to prove our strong internal financial controls and ethical standards of practice and professionalism. Our company is one of the few firms in Southern California to have earned these designations:

  • Accredited Management Organization (AMO®)Accredited Management Organization

Designated through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), the AMO® accreditation attest to Keystone Pacific's commitment towards education, high level of performance, industry experience and financial stability. Recertification is every three years and requires Keystone Pacific to have a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) on staff. In addition, the company must demonstrate business and financial stability and hold a minimum amount of depositor's forgery and alterations coverage and fidelity bond.
  • Certified Management Firm (CMF®)Certified Management Firm

One of eight community association management firms in Southern California with a CMF® accreditation designated through California Association of Community Managers (CACM), this designation demonstrates Keystone Pacific's strong internal financial controls and ethical standards of practice and professionalism. Recertification is every three years and requires an independent review of the firm's financial controls, and evidence of all necessary insurance coverage to protect the interests of the firm's clients.

Our professional affiliations are highly valued. Keystone Pacific is a member of:

Most of our community managers are either industry certified or in the process of seeking certification:

  • Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) Certification

Our community managers are required to participate in the certification program. The CCAM® certification program requires that our community managers have at least one and half years of experience and complete 20-hours of classroom training. The program was developed by a state-wide organization, the California Association of Community Managers (Keystone Pacific was one of the founding members) to establish and ensure standards of practice and professionalism in managing community associations.

  • Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) Certification

Keystone Pacific's senior community managers, all possessing CCAM® designations, are required to pursue the PCAM® certification, designated by the Community Association Institute, a national industry organization. The program requires 70 hours of extensive classroom training, five years of community association management experience and a thorough case-study displaying the community manager's ability to apply theory and practice in managing community associations.
