Keystone Pacific understands selling or refinancing your home can be a strenuous process. We make the process easier by helping you organize a smooth sale transaction. Our Escrow Department will work with your escrow company and lender to ensure they have the required community association documents and information needed to complete the transaction for the sale or purchase of your home.

This process ensures that our Escrow Department provides the information necessary to update our records to reflect all ownership changes. It also ensures that we send future community association correspondence and billing statements to the legal owner on record.
