Escrow Services for Lenders

Keystone Pacific works with lenders to provide community association-related information required to qualify a loan.

Request Form and Payment Info:
If you are a lender, please fill out this form to request an Association Certification. To complete the request, please provide us with this form along with your Lender Questionnaire /HOA Certification and a check for $95.00, payable to Keystone Pacific Property Management, for each request.

Turnaround:
After receipt of payment and the Lender Questionnaire, the turnaround of lender requests is guaranteed within three (3) business days.

Delivery Method:

• Copies will be sent via fax or email
• The original will be mailed via regular postal or FedEx/UPS upon receipt of the upfront fee. Please supply us with your FedEX/UPS account number.
