Keystone Pacific’s Escrow Department will work diligently to meet your requests. Please fill out whichever form is applicable to the type of sale transaction:

Turnaround Time:
Demands are processed on Mondays and Wednesdays. All requests received by 9:00 am on Monday will be ready for pick-up or mail by Wednesday. Requests received by 9:00 am on Wednesday will be ready for pick-up or mail by Friday.
Requests received after 5:00 pm Monday-Friday will be stamped as received the next business day.
Expedite Document Request: $50.00 fee
Please call us prior to ordering a rush. We may not be able to accommodate all rush requests.
Delivery Method:
- Pick-up: When demand documents are ready, the escrow agent can pick up the documents in exchange for the $75.00 upfront fee which will be credited towards the processing fee.
- Mail: If requested, we can mail your documents via regular postal or FedEx/UPS upon receipt of the upfront fee. Please supply us with your FedEX/UPS account number.
