Consulting
- Consultation on aspects of forward planning
- Evaluation of community association governing documents (Articles, CC&R's, Bylaws)

Liaison to Merchant Builders
- Distribution of master association documents, DRE approved budgets
- Assistance with common area turnover issues between master developer and merchant builders
