Keystone Pacific was founded in 1982 with the intention of increasing the level of professionalism
in the association management industry and the goal of providing
excellent service to their clients.
Keystone Pacific Management Portfolio
Based on these principals above, Keystone Pacific has grown to employ
over 100 team members. Over 46,000 units are currently contracted
within more than 220 associations.
The management portfolio includes PUD's (single family homes, condominiums, townhomes), business projects, light industrial projects, mixed use projects and master associations.
Keystone Pacific Operations Administration
Day-to-day operations are administered by Cary Treff, President, Denise Bergstrom, Vice President of Association Management, Gerry Kay, Chief Financial Officer, Mike Smith, Corporate Controller, Shelley Grover, Director of New Project Development, and Judy Barbe, Director of Human Resources.
The corporate office is based in Irvine. The Irvine office covers
the Orange County area, while our satellite offices provide services
to Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and portions of San Diego Counties.
Keystone Pacific Professional Industry Affiliations
Our professional affiliations are highly valued. The firm has
been a sustaining member of Community Associations Institute (CAI)
since 1982 and is active in committee participation within the
Southern California Chapter. Keystone Pacific is a member of the
Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. (BIA),
the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is a founding
member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Keystone Pacific has been honored with the Institute of Real Estate Management's "AMO" (Accredited Management Organization) designation. The firm is among only 650 elite management companies nationwide to hold this prestigious accreditation. In addition, we are also one of only seven CMF management firms certified through CACM.
Staff includes Department of Real Estate Brokers, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Notary Public. Most managers possess or are in the process of seeking Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) Designations and many hold Department of Real Estate Salesperson licenses.
