As part of the full-service management program, our Architectural Department will accept, log, transmit and receive your homeowner improvement plans.
Our architectural processing services include:
- Full-time Architectural Desk team to accept, log and track architectural applications
- Orientation of association's appointed architectural review committee
- Efficient mapping and tracking systems for architectural follow-up
- Creation of architectural guidelines, if requested
- Monthly status report provided to Board
